January 2021 saw the first of our virtual Sound Bath & Vision Board Workshops hosted by the gloriously energy-enriched, Harriet Emily. Our very own in-house healer beamed into homes all over London, Dubai and even Paris to bring you her warmth and meditative mastery.
Harriet Emily is a renowned Sound Healing Practitioner who specialises in The Gong and Crystal Singing Bowls. She has been involved in the healing community since childhood and has since travelled the world sharing her work across London, The UK, USA and Europe.
It was a truly magical evening; Harriet helped us all kick-start and solidify our intentions for the year ahead. With a meditation to start, we were able to find clarity and filter our focuses for 2021 at a time when so much uncertainty, disappointment and muddiness surrounds us all. Building up a vision board to help manifest these intentions gave us a much-needed focal point to support us on our journeys. Have a look at some of the boards we created to inspire your own.
With deep relaxation to follow, through the gift of the Sound Bath, we left feeling centred and reconnected with ourselves and the beautiful sound healing energy that helped to strengthen our desires. We were all brimming with positive energy after this welcome virtual home visit:
